The professional body responsible for the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP) operations and maintenance, the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA), is steadily progressing the construction of the Polihali dam and Polihali transfer tunnel as part of its Phase II water transfer works.
